The Voice "Raise your voice for the betterment." "Raise your voice for the self." "Raise your voice for the change." If we need improvement, if we need betterment, if we need changes, if we want something we need to speak up. Without raising or speaking up, we are not supposed to make changes or bring changes. If you want to achieve big then you should focus on small changes because of patches are made from small stones, not by big mountains. Are we born weak? Does every boy born weak? No, nor the girls are born weak neither the boys are born stronger. From the day a girl starts understanding, the people who used to stay around them, they are said "You are a girl, you have to be strong to protect yourself." Why we are supposed to say this. When we say this to a child, their mind starts thinking that "They are weak, they have to be Strong." Instead, if we say her "You are Strong enough to handle and protect your ownself." This will bring positivity in the mindset. And bring self confident within her. Self Confident is such a thing that makes the person more stronger then they are. Even today, here we find some or many discrimination between boys and girls. If we take a step ahead and decrease some freedom of boys and increase some feedom of girls, the ratio of harrasement will decrease without fail. “STRUGGLE” A PART OF SUCCESS There may be different meaning of Struggle according to the different people. Some believe that “Not getting Success is the Struggle”. While some other believe that “Consistently working to achieve something is Struggle.” But as like others I too have some other point-of-view of describing Struggle. I believe that there is the biggest role or we can say the biggest part of Struggle in getting Success. Every person in today's world is struggling in their own way. Some are Struggling for Work while some are Struggling for Food. Some may be Struggling for the big Success while some are Struggling for feeding their Family. Let me discuss about the Struggle in Professional Life. Struggling for something is the period while we are at the greatest level of learning. We are supposed to learn a lot during this period. We make a lot of mistakes but as a Straggler we learn a lot and we come a step closer to the Success. ...

जब आशा ये बड़ी होती है तब हजारो पत्थर से भी रामसेतु बनता है और हजारों पथरो में से भी रास्ता निकलता है(मांजी).

किसीने पुछा क्या तफावत है गाँव और शहर के बिच में मैने बताया के जहा पे दो घरों की दीवाल जुडी हुई है उसे शहेर कहते है और जहाँ पे दो  घरों के  बीच दिल जुड़े हुए है उसे गावं कहते है.

आज मेरा दिल बहुत रोया है क्योंकि मेरे देश ने आज सुसमा स्वराज को खोया है मेरे दिल में है बस एक ही आवाज़ क्यों नहीं रहे आप हमारे साथ 370 ने  जाकर जम्मू कश्मीर को देश से जोड़ दिया लेकिन मन मे हैं बस एक ही आवाज़ आपने हमारे साथ क्यों छोड़ दिया.

1947 में जिसने देश में उठायी थी आजादी की आंधी वो थे हमारे गाँधी... राम नाम लेकर जिसने पुरे किये जीवन के सारे काम वो थे हमारे गाँधी... सत्य को जिसने शस्त्र बनाया ,अहिंसा को जिसने रास्ता बनाया वो थे हमारे गाँधी... साउथ अफ्रीका में भी जिसने भारत का डंका बजाया..अपने विचारो से जिसने छोटे गांधी नेल्सन मंडेला को बनाया. वो थे हमारे गाँधी. एक लाठी, एक चश्मा, और कुछ वस्त्र पहनकर जिसने देश को जगाया और अंग्रेज सरकार को रुलाया वो थे हमारे गाँधी.... Consistency The Key To Success Success is the dress that everyone wants to wear. Success is the food that everyone wants to taste. Success is the story that everyone wants to write. Similarly, success is the lock that needs to be open with the combination of various keys. As there are many keys to open the lock of Success, some of them are Hard-Work, Focus, Vision, Goal, Clear-Mindset and most importantly Consistency. Consistency is the most required factor for achieving the Success. At the very first attempt, it is not necessary that we would get success, but even after the failure, the spirit of getting up and continue working of achieving the goal is termed as Consistency. Consistency is required, but when we fall or fail, we have to find the reason of that and again have to get up with the solution is most required. Strong Enough THE PROBLEM Or THE POSSIBILITY ? Problem is actually what makes you embarrass or uncomfortable with someone, something or some situations. And the Possibilities is the hope of coming out through the problem. Coming out the problems is the only way to defeat it. There always lies some or the many or even the one solution to the problem.   The way you react to the problems is the only way you are going to face or handle the specific problems. When you look forward to the Possibilities rather than the Problem, the more sooner you are going to get the solution to it. At least there is one Possibilities for the most bigger problem. None of the Problem is much difficult to be solved, just we have to do is to think with the calm mind and have to give some of our precious time for thinking about the Possibilities we shall get to the specific Problem.                                                        Life is a journey between birth and death and every ones journey start with his parents ,on the way of our journey  or in every step of life we meet with new persons and left some old person but some how our journey is never end and its end with death.while meeting with new people and loosing some favourite person of our life in which we  are not  only meet with persons but we meet with new emotions and every emotions  have a power which can  move u ahead or move you back side of your life so  every step of life you have to manage how to deal with emotions and find a way through you can always go ahead in your life.

Decision without commitment is just a decision and Decision with commitment is called Achievement.
