If we need improvement, if we need betterment, if we need changes, if we want something we need to speak up. Without raising or speaking up, we are not supposed to make changes or bring changes. Our life is not like the movies, that without speaking the other person will understand what we want. To get something, to make something that we need is to speak up. We must speak up for our requirements. When we speak up and keep stand for our sayings or on our activities, the people will feel that we are supposed to be strong enough on what we are supposed to do.
